Does anybody have any info on the Alaska, Arizona, and Ohio knifemakers' associations? I am having a hard time finding info on any of these. The phone numbers given in Warner's knife annuals are innacurate (due to area code changes I guess). ANY info on these would be greatly appreciated! Phone #'s of contact persons, events they sponsor, membership requirements, etc.
