Hello; Any dealers somone can point me too that would have something like the past Case Classic Swing Guard patterns ie:61050L I'm already aware of the reintroduction of the Cheetahs.I find this pattern appealing and would like to concentrate on this style for collecting. If they have a website it is a plus. Thanks

I would consider other high quality swing guard makers,Kabar etc.Not looking into cutoms or really high priced pieces.I'm aware already of new offerings from Case,Queen.I'm looking for the limited edition swing guards Case Classics their big knives.A good price on a Case Jaguar etc.I would prefer buying out right as opposed to a auction site like e-bay.I thought maybe someone new of a dealer that had alot of these Case Classics for example that have been out periodically over the years.A.G Russell seems to just have a couple of current Cheetahs and about 15.00 higher than I paid for my Cranberry Script Cheetah from SMKW.

Tombstone,
In 1987 the American Blade Collectors Association issued a set of knives one of them was a large Case Swing guard lockback in stag (C51050lssp) the other was a Parker-edwards green bone damascus trapper they came in a 2 position knife-pak. I have serial no 728 in mint condition as issued. If you are interested send me a e-mail.
Good Collecting !

Heres an example I have.THis one is a Case Classic Zipper shield, greenbone. They have made others in different handle material and shield types that I'm interested in.I shot you an e-mail Jocko.

I know you said you would prefer not to go the auction route, but there are three Schatt & Morgan's on ebay with the "buy it now" feature. They are limited edition, special factory orders:

1. Mammoth Ivory 1 of 10, opening bid $110.00, buy it now $125.00
2. Blue celluloid 1 of 26, opening bid $60.00, buy it now $70.00
3. Candy Stripe celluloid, 1 of 26 opening bid $60.00, buy it now $70.00

I bought one of the mammoth ivory and one of the blue celluloids for myself Saturday. I don't have them yet so I can't give you a review. I'm going to TRY posting some pictures. This is my first post though, so I make no promises:)

Thanks for the heads up.Even though I prefer not to go the auction route.I do check there.I hadn't seen the mammoth schatt.I got the above posted Case Zipper on e-bay.I just hate to wait for an auction to end.Buy it now is good though. Thanks again,

Hi Tombstone,

You might want to check out the Case Classics club, caseclassicsclub A few members there sell knives. You have to register, but I think it's still free.

Also look at omgknives If he doesn't have what you're looking for, he can probably find it.

Mike
