Warning, pix are hi res - 1280, enjoy. Once I master my new camera I'll get back to this for sure :)

I read a thread recently where the poster thought the Lochsa was an ugly knife. Not me! I think it is one of the nicest looking folders available today.

WOW! Nice pics. Really shows the detail there. Yours is configured exactly like my numbered version as far as thumbstud and that awesome pivot pin. My regular run model however features a concentric stud ala' Sebenza (except with alternating polish and beadblast surfaces) and the plain Jane pivot. Simply an awesome knife.

Got one of his daggers in Las Vagas this year..., and was tempted on the Lochsa...really nice knife!

I love mine. I can't wait to see what Scott Cook comes up with next.

In addition to it's outstanding functionality, it's also a very elegant knife. I can't imagine anyone using one for a few days and not becoming a blithering fan.

Ditto to what Gaben said ;)
Lochsa is not a pretty toy.Sure, it's very elegant, but at the same time it's a very efficient cutter and comfy knife. It has never left my pocket since the day I got it.

I said the Lochsa was an ugly knife. I think it looks incomplete and crude. The Lochsa's blade looks cool, a lot like my Sebbie, which I think is the finest folder in the freakin world. I guess it's just me who thinks the Lochsa is ugly. I'm just saying it looks ugly that's all.

Actually, as far as I know UR the first person who said Lochsa was ugly. Well, to each his own, your taste, your preference.
I personally don't understand how can it look crude, especially comared to sebenza, but that's just me ;)

The thumbstud looks well thought out.

This is a very nice knife and looks very comfortable to use.

The Lochsa is the one folder that's tops on my wish list but unfortunately is out of the price range I set for myself.
