It's fine the way it is, but it'd make a nice canvas for engraving, possibly a nice bat in flight

It's not a secret. I'm using the most ordinary orange paint for resin.

Thanks for sharing that. I asked one of the major suppliers at a Guild show how they got the color in the mammoth and they wouldn't say.
