Lock face question

I am interested in learning more about the latest generatin XM models. I was wondering if the lock face is carbodized? (If that is the correct term). Are there any issues with lock stick? The forums are full of people mentioning lock stick on other brands with frame locks. Thanks.

I have read that they are (not sure of correct term either), but I'm sure the experts while hopefully chime in. I will say that mine has no stickiness, and I hear very little (if any) feedback of this problem which would be a indicator that they do.

I've had a handful of sticky locks from other manufacturers... but of all the XM's I've had they have all been smooth and non-stick from the start.

My experience as well. A joy. And I have a "couple".
