I have an old Monochrome I found kicking around in a junk drawer, I am not sure what happened to it but the frame lock has no tension. Are these warrantied at all? It was a great knife, nice and thin.

Benchmade honors and repairs just about anything they make; but this knife was made in Taiwan and is long discontinued. Give them a call (to see...) at 800-800-7427 and ask for customer service.

From my experience, having just sent two red class knives back for repair - one,a titanium framelock with lockup issues and the other a stripped pivot screw both were not repairable.BM gave my a credit for the full MSRP for a new knife

That's nice! But they didn't just send you new ones? I would think it would've saved em money.
Also, I can maybe understand not being able to repair the framelock in a very weird set of circumstances, but a stripped pivot screw? That should've been easy.
