The knife is a frame lock and and any time negative force is applied the lock bar will slip and most of the time fail.
lock up is anywhere from 20-40% depending on the opening force.
There is a microscoping marring on the face of the frame lock.
My question is does anyone know how to fix slippage?
Do I have to carbidize the lock face?
Do I remove a tiny amount of material on the tang (very tiny amount) of the blade and bend the lock bar harder to add more force?
Thanks in advance
