Lock strength?

I was just wondering what the lock strength of some of the folders SOG makes. Does SOG test them out? Like how many inch pounds a lock can hold. I was wondering how much a Tomcat will hold befor it will "give" and how about the Arc and liner lock found on the Vision knives?
