Lock up failing

Hi all
How do you fix a super early lock up that allows the knife to pop the lock bar and close when force is out on the back of the blade?

The best course of action would be to send it to the manufacturer for repair.

Thanks you. I did that (he is fixing it now). I was just curious how you fix it....bend the lock bar?

If it's early lockup, I think you recut the face of the lock bar, at the proper angle, so it seats farther in against the tang.

You could do so by altering the lock face on the blade/lock bar or by using a slightly smaller stop pin.
