Does anyone make a 2 blade lockback Trapper????

One custom maker does. I met him once in New Orleans a few years ago. Can't remember his name.

Thanks

Rich

Yes, Camillus DID make a double lockback trapper in the 4 1/2 " size a few years ago.
Really quite a knife to. I finally found one on e-bay for my yello- jaket collection. I've
seen a few ,both yello-jacket and plain, show up on e-bay from time to time. Good luck.

Although it is not exactly a trapper, this is an 'improvement' on the old Remington moose pattern by ABS Mastersmith PJ Tomes, who made it as a double lockback folder. Closed length is 4 inches. The blades are 2.5 inches each of triple tempered 52100 steel.

This design won the Most Innovative Folder award at the Blade show 2000. PJ also took the same honors again this year for another updated traditional folder design. PJ makes knives from 52100, and like Sandvik 12C27 steel for economy, stainlessness, and general utility. He will also make this knife with 420V blade steel. This overall quality of this knife is first rate with exceptionally good design, fit, and finish. The two blades sit so close to each other in the folded position that you can not insert a business card between them.

I have one and carry it all the time. You can see more of PJ's traditional folders at www.knifeart.com and www.arizonacustomknives.com
