I have done some searching, but I was wondering if any of you knowledgable folks knew of any lockback wharncliff knives with between a 2.5 and 3" blade? Thanks in advance.

There was a little one I have handled made in Seki Japan and sold by Berreta or under that logo. Here is the knife at this link but this is way high in price. I've seen it for a 1/3rd of this price. this is a liner lock but I've seen a lock back in this same knife. It may be discontinued now. http://www.gunaccessories.com/Beretta/electra.asp

Also check out the Spyderco Centefante 4.

William and Henry make several small Wharncliff blades on some nice looking little knives also. Most are button lock but you can find some with other locks on them also.

Look also at the Spyderco Kiwi and the Spyderco Viele 2 folders.

STR

Case warncliffe copper lock. Believe it comes in chrome vandium carbon steel and stainless. Nice little knife for about $30.

If you like classic styling, the Almar Hawk looks pretty sweet.

Yes, the Centofante IV is exactly what I want, except I already have a C3. Perhaps I could send a C4 to you for some fancy mods, STR, and feel a bit better about having both.

Mate I have 1 of those Berrata's that STR. They ugly standard mine is a modified version by Oupa with hand jigged copper scales. The blade holds a good edge & is easy to hone.
Cheers

Not exactly a wharncliffe, but I just picked up that Al Mar (Model D) with engraved bolsters and it is one sweet (and TINY!) knife!
