Lockbar question

In short, depends... This is all my own opinion (I'm not a knifemaker or anything)...

If the lock-bar has been moving very fast from early to deep, I might be a little bit worried.

But if it has taken, say, a couple years of flicking and playing with your knife to get to that point, then I wouldn't fret over it. Sometimes deep lockup can be okay!

Is there any bladeplay?

There's no bladeplay whatsoever, very solid. Why it worries me is because the knife is pretty new. I sent to Microtech for a sticky detent & it came back this way, pretty sure it wasnt this far over when i sent out to them.
