Locked threads

Ackkkkkk! It happened again! :mad:

Something weird is going on -- the system thinks I locked those threads. It's like my mouse has acquired a will of its own ... I don't understand why it's happening to me, or why it isn't happening to any of the other moderators ... I've deleted all my cookies, changed my password ... it didn't happen for a few days and I thought maybe it wasn't going to happen any more, but here it is again. I checked, the system thinks I locked one of those threads at 18:21 EST, the other at 18:56. It only happens when I'm on the forum.... :confused:

I unlocked them, of course -- thanks, Keith! I can't promise it won't happen again, though....
 
I found another one, in the Pirate's Cove. Maybe if I annoint my mouse with the blood of a virgin goat ...
 
I finally figured it out. This mouse suffers from occasional key bounce -- once in a while it'll doubleclick when I only clicked it once. With the new software doubleclicking on the envelope icon locks a thread.

It's time to get a new mouse. :o
