I know the yellow handled knives are pretty popular, but since I am a locking knife girl, I'm interested in what you guys on the forum have along those lines. So far I just have a Rough Rider 818 with yellow.

Not the best picture:

I posted these a while back. The two massive zombie-killers in the middle of the first pic, and in alternate view at lower right in 2nd pic, are locking blades from A.G. Russell. The Queen Country Cousin soddie at the left of first pic provides some scale:

AG Russell has a locking Barlow. If memory serves it is available with yellow scales. I don't have one, but the comments in the thread on that model were very positive. And AG is a delight to do business with. Has been for decades.

I have a large and small yellow Case Copperlock in CV, and really like them both.

Don't have a pic on hand of the large, but here's the small.

Rough Rider makes this trapper jack with the "secret" locking main blade.

To unlock it, you depress the secondary Wharncliffe into the frame.

These two little Camillus folders. Same pattern but one is a Yello-Jaket

No longer made. What a shame.

Hi!

Böker Plus has a Rangebuster that has a backlock. Very pricey knife. And in 440C steel. You should try it out!

Kind regards

Yes, you are right. Thanks for showing this extinct Traditional.

I have one of those Yello-Jakets too. Decent and interesting small lockback. Some could be found on the Bay I'm sure.

Regards, Will

My Camillus yellow jacket lockback is a 707 with a serrated 2nd blade that also locks. It is one neat knife...Herb
