Has anyone had their Locktite 324, 325, 326 ever gone bad?

I have been using it for about a year and it worked great.

This week I tried using it on red bone to stainless liner, which I have done before successfully, and it just would not set up.

I thought maybe the bone was absorbing the primer and not kicking the glue so I applied the primer to the steel and the glue to the bone.

It still did not set up.

I tested it on some micarta but it took a good hour for it to set up when this stuff sets up in 3 minutes

Now the temperature has been over 100 for about a week and this stuff lives in my garage and maybe this killed it.

Those with experience with it have you had this happen before?

CA and most resins have a shelf life of about a year. Heat greatly shortens it.

Yeah I've had that also ... it's usually best to buy the tiny one use tubes unless you use it frequently ... I use just enough it pays to buy the normal bottle ... but generally end up throwing some out before it gets used.

I just did that, it has a year expiration date from the time it ships from the factory.

I just looked that stuff up. Its defiantly not cheap

It is not, but it goes a long way. I think I got about a dozen slip joints from one bottle until last week.

It is a game changer in glueing scales. 324 is very impact resistant, very strong and good for dissimilar materials and is set in 3 minutes.

My post was not complete. It was supposed to say,
"CA and most resins have a shelf life of one year. Heat greatly shortens it."

I can't remember which of those three, butDon Hanson recommended oneofthem to me a few years back for use with hidden pin bolsters.

specs say max temp 69F storage

I keep my glues in the fridge

"Optimal Storage: 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties.Optimal Storage: 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties."
46.5 to 69.8 Degrees

A fridge is 40 degrees or below so even that would have an adverse affect
