Log out time ?

I know if I stay logged in and go away from the computer for awhile, it automatically logs me out after a certain amount of time. Its not a big deal, but sometimes I have long winded posts, and more than once, I have had it log me out after clicking the submit reply.

Its frustrating after spending a long time typing to have it not post. Is there a way to change the set time. or do I just need to learn how to type faster ?
I checked in my user cp, but didn't see anything.

Are you checking the "Remember Me" Box when you log in?
If you don't, the forum will "time out" and log you off.

No I'm not. I use to do it, but for some reason stopped. I'll start checking that again when I log in. That makes sense, because now that you mention that, I started noticing it after I stopped checking the box
