Login issues

When I login the website locks up if I don't log in its works fine? I have two laptops and it does the same on both my phone is the only thing that works right any suggestions?

If you are using IE8, you need to do one of the following:
1- Change your browser to Firefox, Chrome, etc.
2- Upgrade to IE9

It is a known issue and the site works fine on other browsers and upgraded versions of IE.

Open a IE window, then press the ALT + H keys together? Clcick the line that says "About Internet Explorer".
To update your browser to IE9:
