Logo/stamp on Busse knives

There seems to be different logos on the HOFSH LE's

The # 27 I have, thanks Randicci, has a super cool laser engraved logo with great detail. and the # 411 I have has a laser etched logo - How should I put it - Not so super cool.
Why did Busse change the logo method???:confused:

The #411 that you got is defective and therefore worthless. You need to send it to me for immediate destruction. I will forward payment for shipping to the US to help you out. :D

Also laser eched ja?

The number on both my knives are laser engraves but the #411 is eched.
The engraving looks so much cooler. I wonder why the changes the metod in LE production line.
Maybe Jerry would like to enlighten us:)

Is the texture due to paste eched to the metal (on top) or laser engraved (metal remooved)??
There is a difference i the two methodes.

Evolute, I couldn't have said it better myself! I don't even own a Busse knife with a logo, and I've got a few.
 
I actually kinda like the second pic better. :confused: the lines are clearer and more defined.

My HOGFSH has the new generation logo too, but one of my standard FSH's has the old logo. :D

maybe busee should start putting deco scratches on all the infi :D

I triede to get closer, but it will not focus. I need a better camera I think.
 
Cobalt,

You know how to engage the macro mode? Look for something that looks like a flower symbol. That should allow you to take a close-up.
