Need help in deciding on a new knife for camping hiking etc. I wanted to get maybe a bushcraft style knife and was looking at these two (spyderco Bushcrafter & BHK Bushcraft). Does anyone here have both??
Also was looking some of the ML knives but the wait would be to long as I would to get it within the next week.
Thanks in advance for the help!!
Dan

I have all of them
I like Spyderco becouse scandi grind, but becouse of that I prefer my convexed BHK or ML.
So BHK or ML perhaps ML becouse it has a narrow point better for carving.
enjoy.

Thanks for the offer Caine! But I think I am going with the BHK Bushcrafter the more I look at it the more I like it. Now which type edge Scandi or Flat
Thanks!!!
Dan

Good Choice. BHK are good people. As for the edge I have the same problem I cannot decide

I have BHK Bushcrafters in both scandi and full flat.

If your primary use will be woodcraft (fire prep, notching, shelters) I'd get the scandi.

If your primary use will be utility, food prep, hunting ... I'd get the full flat.

They both will cross over pretty good.

The sheaths are the best out there IMO.

i have the BHK bushcrafter and its a great blade. i have no problems doing any camping/bushcraft chores with it at all. it's a solid choice. i also have a boattail scandi and its a amazing cutter. it bites deep.

SPYDERCO ALL THE WAY! Ive had mine a little over a year. I use it day in day out. Its a fine woods and everday knife!
