Don't worry guys, for those of you who felt $270 was too much for the sprint run Millie in blue, the seconds are for sale as well.....

Where are you seeing these for sale? 20% off sounds about right if it's a cosmetic issue.
 
Got it. That site seems to run a little higher than others, but I think they also operate with a lower volume, and deal with more collectible models.

It also looks like they must have lowered the price since the initial post, since the only Spyderco Military in Blue second that I see costs 199.99.

Was wondering about that also.

I threw it in my cart and noticed they add $18 in tax (I'm in Cali) and about $12 in shipping.
 
They probably paid 100 $ at the second sale. Pm2s were 40-40 $ and millies were 50-60$ the sale is excellent and I can't find the flaws on the ones I bought!
 
They probably are the only place you can get the second because they are the only place you can get that particular model anyway.

Yeah this was one of the reasons I never bought one when they first came out. $260 base price, + tax + shipping in CA worked itself out to $300 thereabouts. Not worth it to me.

Although I must say, their high pricing has kept the price of blue S90V millies on the secondary market way down. It's hard to flip it when they're still available from the original distributor, so all the speculative buyers are at least getting screwed :p
