Allen & I will be headed to Dallas, Texas April 7-9th. The show will be open to the Public the 8th & 9th.

We will be representing Fiddleback Forge & W.A. Surls.

APRIL 8 & 9, 2017 – DALLAS MARKET HALL – DALLAS. TEXAS

Day Parking: Free Show Times: Saturday 9 am-5 p.m. Sunday 9 am-4 p.m. Admission: $10/day. We are proud to once again combine with the Dallas Arms Collectors Association to produce a rare opportunity to meet and purchase knives from some of the best knifemakers in the world plus enjoy their fabulous gun show! This mega show is held only once a year show so don’t miss it.

Any chance you might present some of them there knives you are taking for the show online for purchasing? Another group that I belong to does that. They layout their tables with their knives and then show all the pictures of the knives at the show. Anyone belonging to that group can purchase a knife without being at the show. Anyway just a thought. Thank you.

In the past we have posted some on outlets such as Instagram from the BLADE show floor.
I will be posting Fiddleback Friday as we set up on the show floor as well.

Edit:

Disregard previous Super Bowl comments .. wrong month.

I'm going to try to make it up if possible. Dallas is a mere 5 hrs North of me and that would be cool to meet you both.

I wasn't aware of that show either and need to get it on my radar. Mostly, I've only found gun/knife shows which are predominantly guns .. not that there's anything wrong with it except when you're focused on sharp pointy things :)

DACA in Market Hall is great show, although in the last few years I went (2010-ish) the beanie babies, blow guns and western art were starting to creep in. I really miss living in that area. Have a great show!
 
This time next week we will be in the great state of Texas.

I hope some of yall will be able to make it out and stop by our table!

Congrats on the 9K! I missed my 2000th.
 
Welcome to Texas Boys.....Not likely I'll get two weekends off in a row or I'd be showing up!..so that means I'll placing my focus on trying to make Blade!
 
Things are looking up that I'll be there bright and early Sunday morning. Attending a conference in Austin on Saturday and hope to then drive up to Dallas after that and grab a hotel.

If anyone is going, what day(s)? Maybe be can set a time/place to meet .. perhaps harass Phillip and Allen in some way, shape or form? >-)
 
Work scheduled me that one weekend for the month of April :-(

Phil and I will be posting available knives from time to time on instagram. @vancedominoe and @wasknives
 
I don't know how I missed this thread earlier and didn't know you guys would be here this weekend. I went to the show on a mission to buy a couple knives from other makers. Despite the a knives I walked away with today and despite the many months of knife budget I spent, I am sitting here now trying to talk myself out of heading back to the city tomorrow to buy that protagonist and a couple others.
