Lone Wolf bought by Benchmade?

My buddy has his Lone Wolf Diablo D/A back to the OEM for repair. Trying to call to get a status resulted in some startling news...the have been bought by Benchmade. Anyone know of this? I hope it turns out to be a good thing.

Yes, there have been multiple threads on this already. This kind of thing is a little too big to just fly under the radar. I certainly hope it spells good thimgs for the future. Specifically for Lone Wolf.

I like the S30V and D2 LW models myself.

I don't know how reliable it is but a fella at a knife shop said BM was folding most of the LW stuff into the H&K name. This guy used to work with the boss in the Gerber days. Hope thats not true.
