Forthcoming product, release date TBA....

A new spin on an old classic - Bob Loveless designed folders! The drop point folder has a blade length of 3.25" and ground out of S30V (yay!). There are no pocket clips on these Loveless folders, each will include a leather sheath. A single thumb stud permits easy one handed opening. Each folder has a steel locking liner mechanism.

All three variations of the folder are availble for $399.00 list

Each variation will be pictured below along with its specs.

The Loveless Semi-Skinner folder. 3.25" S30V blade. Handle features are the same with all the other folders with steel bolsters and green canvas micarta scales.

Crap! That has to be the most original folder I have seen in a long time. I want one, I want one BAD!

If they turn out to be nearly as good as they look, Lone Wolf is going to be very, very busy.

I guess the you can look at the $399.00 price of these knives and think that they are a bargain compared to what one from Bob would cost, but that is still a pretty hefty price for a production knife. They sure do look the part though.

That stud, along with that small guard, make for the appearance of an impossible to open one-handed knife.

With all due respect to one of the greatest legends in the modern history of cutlery, Bob needs a BladeForums ball cap something fierce. :D:D

Gerber offered an Italian made limited production drop hunter some months back. It appeared nicely done. But for the horribly (in my opinion) squared out edges of the micarta scales. Couldn' t use the knife for long. The pics shows similar construction. I hope production models are not the same.

Nakano

Nakano - I have two of the production models with me and the corners are square, but not a crisp edge.

Nice Dex.., thanks for the pictures and the comments...
