Lone Wolf Paul Axiel Defender LE quality?

My wife found this Lone Wolf Knife - a Paul Defender Limited Edition in Black Ti coated handle & 154CM blade - with Thuya buryl scales and gold hardware. Nicely made - interesting opening/lock. She thought it was <$200 - I think it was >$300. Anyhow, she thought it was pretty - and wants it for Christmas - to 'look at'. How is the quality - and longevity - of these knives? I am totally out of my element here. Thanks!

I had the regular G10/154cm version and the build quality was really good with an interesting lock. The blade is really long and thin so I didn't give it much use. Looked too fragile.
