When I first looked into purchasing one of these I decided to search the forums. It seemed there was both positive and negative things written about these knives. I decided to go ahead and give it a try.

The specs are:

Harsey T-2 Hunter
Model number: LC14680
Retail: $219.99

Blade Length: 3.90 in, 9.90 cm
Length Closed: 4.90 in, 12.44 cm
Overall Weight: 7.00 oz, .19 kg
Blade Material: CPM-S30V high-carbon stainless steel
Liners/Lock: Titanium
Handle Material: Grade A Natural Cocobolo
Pocket Clip: Stainless Steel
Fasteners/Rivets: Stainless Steel
Warranty: Lifetime for materials and craftsmanship

The knife came "hair popp'n" sharp right out of the box, in fact I have never bought a knife that ever had a blade as sharp as this one. I not only purchased one of these, I purchsed two!!! And both were very, very sharp!!!

The Harsey T2 has a wonderful "heft" to it. Light enough to be "un-obtrusive" in the pocket yet heavy enough to let you know that it is a "well-balanced" user (that's meant to be used!). The color of the cocobolo handles were "superb". One had a beautiful "tiger-stripe" pattern while the other had a "stunning" burl pattern.

The handles have a really good fit, and the fit and finish on both knives were "excellant" (for lack of a better term). The backspacers were column type with a slight "step-design". They were well positioned and seemed to offer "strength" and less weight to the overall structure.

The lock was well postioned. Lock-up seemed very strong and yet allowing for extra wear, not as much as I like to see on a knife of this quality, but very good none-the-less, and very acceptable. The action was very smooth. The bronze washers were just right and "well executed". The blade is one of the best interpretations of the drop point I have ever seen. This knife is "all business". The looks of this knife "scream" custom, while at the same time you can tell this was made to be used (not just admired, as many are made to be)!!! This knife is "no-frills".

I have to say Im quite "pleasantly" surprised with this one! My higher end knives such as my dominator, did not come this sharp out of the box!!! These guys pay attention! I had heard many mixed things about their knives. The two I received though, I would have to rate "strong" semi-custom"!!!

Not only are these works of art they can be used too!!!

Overall I would say these are worth the money.

Nice eh?! I just posted a mini-review myself about this very knife, I did a search before posting but used the search term LoneWolf with no space so it didn't catch this thread, just happened upon it as I was flipping through.

I got to see one and after that figured I needed to buy one, haven't bought a knife in quite a while! ;)
Excellent cutter and push cuts like crazy! almost a convexed bevel on the edge, flat grind is near perfect as well, a no nonsense type of knife to be sure!

I bought the Lone Wolf T2 based on a few reviews, the quality S30V steel, and the nice cocobolo scales.
This knife was just crying out for a nice sheath so I looked up Gary Graley and sent him the knife for a custom sheath.
The quality of Gary's sheath work is awesome. A beautiful hard-working knife in a nice fitted leather sheath. What more could you ask for?
This is my first post but I have some nice knives and an understanding wife - I just bought her a Kershaw Blur and she loves it!
I think anyone who gets one of these lone wolf T2's will be very happy with it.
The opening is very smooth and the lock-up secure. As several others have commented this has a super-sharp blade - be carefull!

Hmmmm
Have to be on the look out for one now that youse guys posted these reviews :)
