I'm interested in purchasing the titanium version of this knife, but I don't have a lot of information on Lone Wolf. They have only been in business since 2001. Does anyone have any info on the quality of their knives? How about knives by Brian Tighe? Any info I could get would be appreciated.

Im not sure of the quality of the tighe version, but i hope its not anything like the harsey, because that one is not too good. the harseys ive seen have up & down blade play, zytel handles that arent fitted well to the handle, one i saw was bowed out in the center, leaving a space between the handles & steel liner. theres also real bad machining & tooling marks on the steel liners, covered by the blasted grey finish.these marks are worse than the early rekat knife liners.& remember, this is a knife with a retail of almost 300.00.i would recommend seeing the tighe knife in person before buying one.

I do not have one, but have read many a post about how close to the real thing Lone Wolf got on this model. Many people have praised it and a search should turn up some of those threads.

btw, as far as the Harsey folder goes I agree with goldie!

Brian Tighe makes a NICE knife. Never owned one, but I've handled a few. Good stuff.

I've had one for over a year. Fit and finish as good as any custom, and s30v makes a sweet package.

Don't know about current production though, thought I heard they were being disconued sometime back.

Got mine on sale from one of the online stores for about $120 if I remember correctly.

Can't comment on the plastic scaled Harseys, Mine is one of the originals with the canvas micarta. Couldn't be more pleased. No QC issues whatsoever.

I have a My Tighe by Brian and it is one of the smoothest knives I own, fit and finish are as good as I've seen

I have handled 2 or 3 Lone Wolf Tighes and they have all been outstanding. If only it were a little smaller I'd snatch one up in an instant, but as it is, too scary for my office-mates.

I have had one of these for over a year now. The finish of the blade and handles is close to one of Brian's. The pruple anodized liners are a nice touch. Over all, a gread rendition.

I have one and it's first rate.

Also have a Harsey Ranger and it has zero problems. There have been threads on the Harsey T-2 with no such negative comments.

Also, I hope no one is paying list for any production knife.
