Great pics Bob. Glad you're enjoying your knife my friend.

Are your “Books Open”?

At least temporarily, yes. If we keep the production at this level I will continue to take orders. Some of the orders are going to be beyond what I can do here. Our capability is not limitless. For example, wooden bolsters. I don't get anything close to a good success rate doing them because of how limited my machinery is here. Maybe limited isn't the best word. More like very knifemaker focused. So a wooden bolster would have to be totaly flat square and paralell for it to come out without a glue line. Whereas, the wooden scales only need one flat surface for me to get those right. Also wider bolstered scales are iffey. Right now I have an order for a Bullfrog Bowie with bloodwood scales and small black bolsters. I've made two sets of scales for it and none have worked out. Its very close, not impossible but close to, too wide. Today's mishap really discouraged me because that set was all good, but got destroyed during the drilling process...

So yes, but I will limit it, and I'm kinda having trepidation about doing it. There are good reasons for a knifemaker to not take orders.

All that said, e-mail Phillip and more than likely we will say yes.

Actually I was pokin fun at Bobaaay. But that’s Nice to know Andy!!

I don't know brother, I think you spoiled the first version. That was a classic - now all you've got is another green handled knife  Good effort though. :)

This new Loner is a well balanced thrower. The micarta is tough enough to withstand direct hits.

I always thought that when throwing knives you were supposed to hit the target with the sharp bit not the micarta
