It looks nice, but I'm going to give you a completely honest assesment. It reminds me a bit of Grohman style knives, and the way the handle is set back makes it visually unappealing to me. I might appreciate it a lot more after testing it for it's usefulness.
BTW, don't take this personally, there isn't a single knife out there that I would call perfect.
 
A 10" blade of 1095.......... That could be scary.

It does look a little like a Grohmannn. That being said, the Grohmann is notoriously ergonomic.

I looked at it after reading your post and I can see what you spoke of. The Grohman was not what I was "patterning" this after. I was going more for the Philippine Barong. I do like Grohman, so the handle may have "worked" its way into the piece.

Not everyone likes all knives. That is why there is a variety to choose from!!!!:D
