Long overdue apology...

Dear HI Forumites, Khukri Nuts, et al.

Al ot of you know Wendy and I came to the Atlanta Blade Show this June. I brought knives for the ABS JS test...and fell on my butt.

Friday night, we were in our room chilling with the baby when the phone rang. It was Dan inviting me to come down to meet everybody. I made excuses..and missed seeing all you wonderful people.

Frankly I was too busy pouting over some imagined insult to be social. I'm embarassed that I didn't respond in a positive way. I try to be a better man than that.

Now that I have had a little time to get over myself...
I wanted to apologize for my actions.You guys have been good friends and supporters...

Next time the beers are on me.

Shane - no need for apology, but it is accepted. Consider us 'ole pals, ok?

Meeting you on Saturday and seeing your knives made all the difference.

Motoketa is on my bench....waiting for me to get my act together.....:D

Please keep us in the loop of your workings....I've missed seeing your avatar.

You do get a taker on the beer though! ha!

Shane, we really missed you there!
Metting these great guys was a major highlight of what may be a once in a lifetime event for me. I wish you could have shared in the comaraderie.

You can buy the beer next time!

p.s. I don't think anyone had anything harder than Mark Nelsons diet soda! :)

No need to apologize, I think that everyone there missed meeting you but no one felt any hard feelings. It just means that next year you have to show up no matter what. Of course you will not know the super secret hand shake but that is the price everyone who couldn't make it is forced to pay. :p ;) And if the Diet Coke isn't any better then it was this year, I for one will take you up on the beer. :D
