I had a knifemaker account here a few years ago, life interveined, but I'm back again. Been lurking and grinding/pounding, here are two I recently finished.

First is an ATS34 paring knife for daughter, w/ a baby tooth in casting resin in the handle. Of course, you can't give just one kid something and not the other (thats not fair!) so my son has a new S30V hunter with his tooth in the handle also.

I have to say I've never seen anything quite like that. Very unique and definitely an heirloom. Very nice knives.

The baby tooth idea is really really unique....gives me some ideas for groomsmen knives I have planned for my wedding! (no, im not giving them my teeth)

:D

I can't take direct credit for the tooth idea. My kids saw a group of skinners I made for some hunting buddies that I had their elk ivories cast into the handles, and so my boy suggested he wanted the same thing done with a baby tooth.
