Hello everyone!

I posted this in the other forum I just joined and thought I'd share it here too. It's true in both places.

I've come here so often to read and learn I feel like I know some of you already. Thing is you don't know me! I've signed up to change that.

Maher & Grosh is about all I buy. I'm an Ohioan and Irishman as was Maher. A little something we have in common that makes it more special to me.

Please post anything you might have for sale. It's hard for me to find these and I'm wearing out my users.

Thanks in advance everyone! For all I've learned so far and the good times to come!

Regards,

Jay

Sup brody, spend some coin and become a gold or platinum member, it makes it easier to buy and gives you the ability to sell as well as lets you upload pics directly and use private messages.

Welcome to bladeforums.

You'll have to go to the Exchange to look for the knives you wish to purchase, or list a "Want to Buy" in the appropriate section of the Exchange.

The General Knife Discussion is not a flea market though it may seem a bit disjointed from time to time.

Welcome to our little corner of the madness.

Nice knives, well above my price limit!

My family was Ulster-Scots before coming to America. Or, so I'm told. That was at least four generations ago, so I can't really claim anything other than the surname.

Great Eastern Cutlery's offerings are going to have you spending at least as much as Maher & Grosh, they just won't be as special because they don't have the heritage. On the other hand, you can use the devil out of them, without worry. If you're comfortable in the $200-$400 price range, you may want to give them a look. You'll have to be fast on the "buy now" button, though!

I think we can safely move along now...as the OP hasn't been back on in over a month.
