This coming Thursday Yangdu & I are heading for Girard, KS to attend nephew Travis' wedding reception. We'll come back the following Tuesday. So, June 6 thru 11 no shipping. Might be able to answer a little email and make a post or two on brother Fred's computer but not sure. Lots of friends and family.

Can't get to Girard by air. Flying to Kansas City via Denver, renting a car and driving 130 miles south to get there.

Stay tuned.

Unnca,
Have a nice trip. And don't worry. The Cantina will still be here when you return. I'm sure Rusty will keep everyone straight! :D

A safe journey to you and Yangdu, Bill.

Enjoy the family time and forget about the e-mail for a couple of days.

Looking forward to visit with 90 year old Dad along with other family members. Dad's bad back (family trait) has him bent over about 30 degrees but he still put in his garden this spring, cooks, does all the housework and home repair and maintenance, chages oil on his car -- and the back doesn't keep him from smoking a carton of cigs per week. A real character. He thinks he's 25.

Have a great trip and have fun!! If you had a little extra time I live close to Denver we could go to lunch!

Bill, have a safe trip.

Is your Dad still making guitars? It doesn't sound like he'd have the time :)

May the Wind be at yer back, road rise to meet you, etc. Iron horses and birds get you to your destination!

Bill = expecting any more "deliveries" before you ship out tomorrow?

Bill,

Now lets see - your Dad is 90 and still going strong, age is often heriditary. Hmmmm, great, if my mathematics is correct, that means I know we have you around the Cantina for at least another 20 years!!!!
You don't need retirement Bill!:D

We'll see how it all plays out. Signing off and packing up. Will try to make a post or two from Girard, KS. Thanks for well wishes, all.

Have a good trip, Uncle! It's always good to visit family, especially for a wedding. The Mrs. and I are running away to Fla. for vacation this weekend as well. I hear that a Bura 18" AK is best for shell hunting.... (Well, some mollusks can be cranky!:D )

Njoy the shin-dig and the change of scenery:)
