I have only seen these offered twice on Ebay in the last six or seven years And I wasn't going to let money stop me this time. They are the 2105, 2110, and the 2120 that were produced in the eighties. They were predominately done with water buffalo bone scales. They made some with Petrified wood handles, I won a set of those a couple of weeks ago, then these surfaced. They have Oregon Owyhee Picture Jasper scales and are drop gorgeous. I don't know how many sets were done but Pete Kershaw told me that the stone handles were very labor intensive, because they would get them close to fitting , then one would chip and they started over. I can't hardly wait to get these. The photos are from the ebay ad, I will post some photos of the petrified wood set later.

Very very nice Dave:thumbup:

You must've had to sell off a bunch of other knives to get that set, huh?;)

It wasn't real bad, I had a 10% coupon from ebay too, that was cool. I still need to sell a few.

Dave

Gotta love those coupons:thumbup: Of course, they always make me buy a REALLY expensive knife so that I feel like I got the most out of it:D

Now I know who outbid me on these...

I'm damn gald it was you Dave! They deserved a loving home!

On another note, who outbid me tonight on a 0100 by a dollar??? I MUST HAVE A 0100!

How do you guys get these coupons?I've bought & sold thousands of $$ worth there & never got a damn coupon:grumpy:

Wow, those are fan-freakin'-tastic! You want to no something insane? I KNOW I have seen those down at the swap-meet with bone handles. Happened about three years ago and I didn't know what they were. The few I saw didn't have the box. Is that insane or what???? That's why I make sure now to check every little booth and every little box when I happen by there.

Okay as the Stone Art guy here at Bladeforums I have to say those are very, very nice knives. I didn't even know Kershaw had made any knives using stone as a material........ wow.
