Look on your desk right now!! A machinist or a tool maker/mold maker made all
our stuff!! Think about it!! How did we get that shape? Thinkers THINK!!
Machinist/Moldmakers work.
All our stuff, sharpie markers,tape measures, Ipod cases, key board pads.
Machinists, Moldmakers and Toolmakers made these things!!
 
Lots of silver and knives and guns on my desk.
 
Okay, 1. what do I look at while on my desk? 2. I have a cheap desk from Ikea that I'm not confident would support my weight if I got on it
 
Dave there was a fixture made by machinists.
uyotg, you think somebody carved each and every letter on the board??
 
Thats why its so cool you dont even realize we are there.!
Someone had to make the die or mold!!

Can you not make kydex to form around anything?
Well, i can make the stump and you can form around it.
That mold makin!!
Just keep lookin around you!! Toolmakers /Moldmakers/Machinists made it!!
 
I dont have a desk, but my bench was hand made, my fathers old oak drafting table might have some machine made parts but doubtful, now the belt sander and drill press is another story. :)

I guess you do good and your proud in your trade.

I meant to say, We are the ole guys that have to grind and polish
the dies and molds that more or less makes the world go!!
