Any one else have wildlife pics to share?

right on.. cool pic... we see a lot of animal night-life in our neighborhood...:)

It is always good to have animals coming right up in yards like that where the roads aren't busy. I have them that walk in my backyard all the time. Good stuff. Although, in season they never show up in my back yard ;)

No pics but a doe crossed the road in the middle of town as I was driving by yesterday. Just a sliver of woods there surrounded by a city. Didn't know there were deer there.

I posted this one a while back, but I caught this guy in my bird feeder last summer.

This monster sea lion hangs out on the dock across the street from my house!!

When I saw who posted "Look what I found in my driveway." I wasn't sure I should click on it !!! But since it was in W&SS, I took a chance ...

Nice shot. When the season finally arrives, he'll be miles away. :D

what is funny is that come bow season those deer wont be doing that lol.. atleast thats what happens around my house. i am surrounded by deer however when season starts they disappear.. pisses me off lol

Took this out in Montana last Fall. I was crouched in a field observing the smaller life and this guy came wandering through for the hunt.

Good Lord man! That's by far the biggest sea lion I've ever seen. What a beast!

I live in the middle of the city, so no big critters around here. You'd be surprised at how many different kinds of animals do come around though. We have squirrels, tons of chipmunks, raccoons, possums, plenty of birds, and a humongous great horned owl that comes through every once in a while to terrorize the lesser creatures.

I walked up to within 15 yards of this one a couple of weeks ago in Aug.

That's wild !! I always thought that the littleones would be losing their spots by now, but I've seen about 6 so far while hiking the past week that still had their spots..

we have a few fawns with spots still.. keep in mind a deer goes through estrus a couple times a year or more. so in theory she can get prego in the middle of winter, spring, summer and of course fall..

I see more dead animals than live ones in Atlanta.

But I saw this in Dawson Forest :)

THAT is the biggest sea lion I have Ever seen!

I am wedged in between the city and the lake here in Ontario so there is always something running around, way to fast to get a pic. Wild turkey 30 seconds from down town, and a coyote next to the high way. Wish I could keep a cam on me all the time.

False statement. Deer come into estrus in Nov, Dec and Jan in most of the US. Most does are bred in the 1st cycle in November. That way the birth of the fawns will be in the spring for the most part. This gives the fawns the best food supplies to get going before the winter months (less food) sets in.

Same here... but at about 5:00 this afternoon, I saw one that looked just like standing in my yard when I came home from work. It was a big fawn, but still completely spotted.

Stay sharp,
