Look What I Just Got!!

Hi All,

I just got this from ebay and it was delivered today.



The NK bolsters are very tarnished . What do you guys use to clean/polish your NK silver???? I've got some Wrights polish....but, after rubbing for 15 minutes you can hardly see any change . Is there a better polish for NK Silver? Maybe I should just send it to Joe's crew at Buck??? Joe can you guys polish this without harming the scrimshaw work??? I guess I'm now spoiled with my Krazy Kloth and Brass .

I use Metal-glo. Just be very carefull. A friend removed Gold etch from a blade using this.

There may be better polishes but I bought a couple tubes of hapich(sp?) simicrome years ago and havn't needed anything else.Works fine for me on brass and NS bolsters.

Ok...who sell Never-Dull & Flitz???? They don't carry it at any stores near me .

Any marine store or boat dealer should carry them.
