My question is, does anyone out there, make STEEL butt caps for the chris reeves hollow handle knives? Yea, I like to be able to hammer with my main knife. Especially if this knife cost me 300 freakin bucks. I BETTER be able to hammer with it.
His caps are aluminum, but they told me that I may be able to find some aftermarket ones here in steel. Anyone know where I may be able to get one? I really dont care to have to submit one to a custom knife maker, so that he can reverse engineer one in steel, and have to pay another 100 dollars for a cap. Im hopin to land either a project 1 or 2, or a jereboam Mk2 someday.
