im not sure what the rules are considering asking for this... i recieved a sword from himalayan imports - the uddha sword on the top of the photo, with white antler handles (carved)-

and i'd like to have a gaurd put on it like this sword -

essentially a polished 1/8" thick circle gaurd, but with a square a the spine area, and a square at the edge area of the gaurd. the tricky part being the removal of the handle scales, the brass enclosure (and whatever you'll find underneath), and the refiting of the brass...
do you guys know of anyone who could do this for me?
i would do it myself, but i recently moved to monterey, and dont have a garage for any kind of equipment, and all of my 5160 bar stock is still in santa maria. it doesnt have to look good, or be perfect in any way, it just has to have rounded edges, and be be at a fairly high polish.
