Buck 119 would fall in those requirements for hunting.
For heavier duty work you could look at a Becker BK7. A tad over your requirements but a great all around woods knife.

What is your budget? You can go from a $10 Mora to a $500 Busse (or more) and everywhere in between.
A Buck or CS SRK in SK5 (budget blade) or in 3V are great choices.
If you have a big hand like I do, I like the Steel Roamer in D2 steel (5.5" blade) for $60.

Esee, Ontario, Becker, Tops, couple Bucks might fit the bill too. You can get an inexpensive Ontario large knife for chopping and a $20 Mora, that combo will do everything you need. Spending more will mostly be for personal preference and specialty steels.
