I was thinking of getting a Knife Art exclusive carbon fiber small insingo sebenza. I want to see your guys suggestions for other knives around that price point (Doesn't have to be a folder). Just shoot me some ideas and i'll see if anything sticks. :)

Already Suggested:
Zt0452cf
Microtech DOC folder
Strider SnG
Kingdom Armory Mini Samaritan
Rick Hinderer XM-18

Thanks for the Great Recommendations!

What are you looking for? Blade length? Type of steel? What will it be used for? How do you want to carry it?

Honestly (and i know this is a bit of a cop out) i just want to hear what people would buy if someone handed them 400 dollars that they had to spend on a knife. But if you want me to specify a bit i can say that i like carbon fiber, wood, titanium, and i don't like mirror finishes. Blade length between 2.5in and 5in for folders and up to 8in for fixed. Convex grinds are also nice.

Nice! I've heard good things about ZT i will put that on the list of knives to consider. Are there any knives in the area of mid-techs and customs that you can think of?

if I was handed $400 and it was going to be my only knife I would be looking at a sebenza. Again only if my only knife. I usually like bearing flippers. But if reduced to only one blade I would want it simple and effective and high quality. Which the sebbie surely is.

If I have $400, I'd wait for a ZT LE to come out. Probably be the best $400 I'll spend. Equal quality to a midtech and guaranteed to increase in value if you decide to sell it.

I'd probably go with PURPLEDC on this one.
Try a Sebenza... Pick your style and enjoy ....
Worst case scenario if you don't like it you could aways sell it on the secondary market as they hold there value very well.
