I have a liberal acquaintance who believes the American soldiers should be put before a firing squad and shot, without benefit of trial -and that the execution should be put on pay per view TV. :eek:

He then says that he would take those funds and pay reparations to the Arab prisoners. :rolleyes:

He says we should then bring the Arab prisoners and their families to the U.S. grant them U.S. citizenship and pay for their children's education through college, to show proper humility. :(

I asked him what did he think was proper treatment of the families of the 4 Americans that were killed and hung from the bridges. He said "let'em apply for welfare. That's more than they deserve." :mad:
 
DC comics in the 60's had an intriguing concept- Bizarro World, where up is down, good is bad, lies are truth, etc. Life on Bizarro world was ...bizarre.
They were destroying themselves- but it was a comic, and funny.

Our world today is not funny.

Tell him he may be right, and that we can take up a collection to fly him to Iraq where he can give the bad guys whatever kind of happy stimulation he sees fit to make up for all the wrongs of the world.

That's the nicest comment that I could come up with.

Was watching the political ads on TV last night. The song came to mind as the politics is all hype. Bush vs Kerry is no choice. I'm disgusted at both of them. Kerry wil turn us into another England where everything you can use to protect yourself with is banned. Bush will talk about freedon, but then sign reauthorization for the AWB.
