Looking for “dog friendly” hotels.

I plan on taking a road trip from my current residence in southern California to my familial home in Nebraska. At a minimum I’ll need to spend one night in a hotel, maybe two.

I know there are hotels out there that don’t mind dogs, but I’m at a loss as to how to go about locating them.

Any suggestions?

many hotels I've stayed at were ok with our cats coming in with us. I think they had a maximum size of 40 lbs per animal, though. Not sure how big your dogs are.

CA to NE is a tough trip for dogs.
