Looking for a 3" fixed blade

I'd like a 3" fixed blade, premium steel would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
1/8" stock or thinner, around 7" total length, leather sheath, something like this, but under $200.
Any suggestions?

There's soooo many small custom makers on here that already offer knives that fit your bill. So many that I find it hard you can not find one. KFU, Big Chris, Nick Wheeler, Shaerk .. just to name a few off the top of my head.

It's not that I cannot find one, I'm looking for one that is "just right".
Haven't been looking at customs for long, I'm sure there's lots of makers I haven't seen yet.
Hadn't seen KFU, really like them
Big Chris - forgot about him, good though.
Wheeler is a bit out of my price range.
Shaerk's stuff is good, more pointy and wide blade shape than I want.
