Looking for a Badge Holder. Any help would be appreciated.

I see many of people sporting badge holders like the one shown below at knife shows and was just wondering where you got yours from? I've googled badge holders but doesn't show me the ones most of you are wearing at the knife shows. The S.O.E. seems to be out of stock.
