I am looking for a belt attachment for 2 sheaths that won’t take a standard tek for 2 different reasons.

Both sheaths are pancake style kydex.

The first is a Bogdan stock sheath that has holes that are spaced farther than a standard tek lok.
The holes are spaced about 2 3/8 inches or 6 cm apart. The knife is smaller so something like the small tek lok size would be good for this.

The second is a Mineral Mountain Hatchet Works stock sheath and the problem is that the holes are too small for the chicago screws.
I can’t get measurements right now but i can get them later today. This knife is larger so i would need either something in the size of the standard tek lok or if something smaller is suggested, the ability to use 2 and run a belt through both sides like i have seen done with smaller tek loks on larger sheaths.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Its just plastic. Mark the holes, drill them out. Make sure you use a bit large enough to accommodate the screws. If you have eyelets, yeah use them, if you don't, no big deal.....

I’ve never worked with kydex. Is it easy to drill through without cracking? I would need to add an eyelet after right? Is that also an easy thing to do?

Use wood as a backer to drill into. I like brad point buts for kydex. Eyelets are a little harder, only in that they need tools mist people don't have. Not sure you would need one though if you putting a chicago screw in.

Another common method for a belt attachment is to use paracord, or similar. More low profile than a teklock for sure.
