Looking for a Cane Maker in Arkansas

Can anyone help in finding the name or a cane maker in Arkansas? I found out about them through a posting several years ago, but lost the note I made. As I recall, these folks ran a small company that made fairly inexpensive canes - nothing fancy, just a line of plain wooden canes. Any help would be most appreciated.

May be weong about which state these folks were in - just remember that it was someplace Southern.......
 
There is a manufacturer of cane blanks in AR, JC Manufacturing. Don't have the number here but I've seen it posted on a couple of forums. Real hard to get stuff from them at times.
