Looking for a certain knife

Good morning all

This might be a stupid question but I am looking for a knife not exactly sure how to spell it. It is a high end knife $350 or more. Here's how I believe it would be spelled (sawvinsa). Can anyone tell me how it is supposed to be spelled and can you show me a picture of this type of knife. The host of knife Thursday podcast was talking about this one and I would really like to look at it. I can't seem to find anything on it probably because I am spelling it wrong.

I don't get a lot of Zulu spoken in this neck of the woods as I bet you don't either. Chris grew up in South Africa and Zulu was the native language. Sebenza is the Zulu word for work.
