hey there knuts. I've been told I'm not allowed to take my coffee across the shop floor unless its in a travel mug. does anyone here know of any knife companies that produce travel mugs, preferably stainless steel. I'd also like to see some standard coffee cups for the home too thanks. cheers for any directions

For desktop coffee slurping I keep a navy-style coffee mug. It's shaped like an inverted cone - sitting on the wide bottom and narrowing toward the top. You couldn't knock that baby over if you tried. I don't know the manufacturer - I bought it at "Tenbucks".

Any one of the starbucks mugs are good. If you just want something inexpensive, visit your local Target. They have all kinds.

It's not cheap, but this Nissan Thermos is absolutely leakproof and easy to clean. It's so well insulated I have to put in an ice cube if I want to start drinking it any time in the next hour.

My only knife-related coffee travel mug was a free promotion from SMKW. Generic travel mug with the Smoky Mountain logo.

+ 1 for the Nissan Stainless

My dad got me one of these for Christmas two years ago because he said it held the heat in so well. It does! The screw lid is exremely thick and well insulated.

I've looked at the mug filled with coffee with a thermal imager at work. And with the lid screwed down, it looks like it is not losing any heat.
