looking for a couple buck 501 vintage 95 and 98

I had planned to get a couple new 501's (my favorite knife) for my daughters this year and rescale them with some birds eye maple, dyed their favorite color with a center band of one of my favorite woods. Anyway I got to thinking about trying to find one with the blade in good condition, made on their birthdays, 95 and 98.

You're best bet would be to search 501 on ebay on the Buck Knives auction. Good luck!

Actually found one but it was a generic picture.:(
 
Still need a '95 vintage. It is stamped 501 C (actually its a U turned like a C)

I got the new '98 from Wolfjohn:thumbup:.

Just received the 95 this wknd.:thumbup:

Both knives are new, the 98 hasn't been sharpened and the 95 has but doesn't show any signs of carry. Needless to say I think I'm pretty lucky to have found what I was looking for in new condition.

I'll try to post some pics later.

Now I've just got to re-handle them.
