hey bladeforums, today im looking for advice on a kitchen knife for my mother for mothers day. she hinted at wanting a smallish say 3.4-4.5 inch serrated general purpose knife. she tends to favor steak knifes for general tasks instead of the larger all purpose blades. does anyone have recommendations on companies that could provide me with custom options or more preferably hook me up with a knife maker on here who can really help me get the details i want. thanks
